C# Simple XMPP Client

I need a simple C#.NET XMPP client that works with Facebook and Google Talk written in scratch using absolutely NO libraries. This project should be developed using the Silverlight style, so I can transfer it to Windows Phone 7 at a later time. You do not have to make this for Windows Phone 7, just make sure it uses the Silverlight style. Please be aware that this project but be done using Silverlight and it should be an XMPP client that works with Facebook Chat and Google Talk. Please submit a sample application written using Silverlight to me before I accept you, it doesn't need to do much except sign on Facebook OR Google Talk OR both. Thank you.
