C# / SQL experienced coder needed for updates

Looking for C# programmer with good SQL knowledge to update my current software. Software uses financial market data to create "alerts" What I need done: Insert new calculations into existing code base for a study that uses the moving average based on the Open/High/Low/Close. The above will have two periods, 2 and 25. Once we have both, we divide 2/25 to get our value. (this will be called c3) We need to add that code base to two C# solutions. Please pm me the word "white" to show you've read the requirements. Step 2: Hard code some criteria into alerts solution that will use the new calculations we created above. The alerts module, isolates various points. Apoint, Bpoint and Cpoint. We will need to add the following: (for "Buy" alerts) c3 > Xvalue at Apoint c3 > Xvalue at Cpoint c3 < Xvalue at one point between Apoint and Cpoint. We will need to reverse the logic for "Sell" alerts The above code will need to added in at least six different areas of code base. You will create new database so I can continue to use my old version while we update. You will create release version of my 7 modules including the new one's we update. We will work with teamviewer on my server together so things move quickly. I believe this should be about 20 hours of work assuming you have strong coding skills. I will be looking to pay a flat fee once we both completely understand the requirements. This project is not appropriate for new developers.
