Audio converter software

I need a .net expert with solid wpf abilities. The program should be written in c# I want to make an audio conversion software that can convert batches of files from one format to another. Main flow: 1. User chooses files to convert music files by browsing or drag and drops them into the software. 2. User chooses to which format he wants to convert to and chooses format quality. 3. User chooses a destination folder for files. 4. User presses start. 5. The software shows a progress indicator and processes the files. 6. If any errors, the program shows the user an error dialog. The program should have a very simpler installer that simply copies the exe and adds icons in the desktop and start menu.
