I am looking for someone to write a program that will extract all data from the wholesale wine list in New York State Liquor Authority's database (public domain) and convert the data into a csv file that will then be uploaded into a MYSQL database. The database is published in an image form. Here is a link to their database: [login to view URL] You can click through the wholesale companies to see their products, but here is a link directly to one of the individual wholesale companies list: > [login to view URL];co=1016043&pageno=1&scale=.75&numpages=20. The program will need to capture every wine listed under every wholesale company in this one specific database. All info for each wine listed needs to be separated into individual fields

if you need just the data once i can extract the data with a lower budget but if you need a program that will be able to extract the data from images dynamically and continously it takes for me one and a half month because of the image processing procedures. regards.
