We are searching for qualified developers with experience and reputation in Django/python development. The site is going to have the same functionality as eventbrite, but will cover the club market. We already developed a website in php with odesk developers, which turned out to be slow and lacking scaling possibilities. After the first round of the selection process, candidates will have the opportunity to present a time/cost schedule for the development process. A Skype interview is going to be the final stage. Since we have bad experiences with hourly contracts only fixed price contracts will be accepted. Initial payment of 20% is self-evident. All other payments will be made after finishing specified stages of the project.
