We want to make an Apps for tablet and smartphone - Android & apple - as well as the admin page for the desktop PC/Android/Apple for a health care store. Visitors should be allowed to put their information in (see attached sheet). The project will have 2 PARTS on the app: 1 public area for users and 1 private area for Administrator. The detailed descriptions are attached. The previous coder had been done most of them. Please check their designs and progresses in the attached files. The project can be modified if the coder has a better idea. The completed project should be fully working copy with its source codes. Our customer wants to complete it in 3 weeks.
