My 1st attempt at getting a quote for an app development some months ago was an epic failure because i wasn't giving the right details so I'm starting over.. I'm starting a digital download store beginning of next year and I want an app on the android platform that will go hand-in-hand with the website. Purchasing of the digital content via the app should only require something like the CVC number of the bank card that they registered with on the website(Open to suggestions for protecting clients banking details when purchasing via the app). I would also like to know the turn around time for the app to get developed.
