Developing an iOS and Android app for a hair care product

I need a developer to develop an app to display educational and how to videos to the users. This app will have videos that are developed by our team and these will be on display on the app. The users can access them by downloading the app. It needs to be similar to the Olaplex app in terms of functionality with a few changes in design to suit our product, the details of which will be provided once assigned.
