Hello Sir, I have reviewed your requirements. I can do this job perfectly as per your requirements. Users will be provided with the screen to register and receive notification as per their qualification, experience and category from the app. The notification will be shown to user in the same format as shown in the doc. I suggest saving 5/10 last messages in the phone's sql-lite database of user to show them when user is offline. Those message will be shown on the home screen of the app. So on the home screen user can either log in or just view the last messages. Admin end will be created in order to manage user accounts and registration process. Admin will also be able to send messages to individual user or in group and also format the message content. Kindly contact, best solution will be provided regarding the same.
