Crop Image for Android and IOs written in Xamarin

I need 2 application that can pick a photo from the gallery or take a photo from the device camera and then crop the photo and save it back to the device storage, one for iOS the other for Android, they need the same basic look and feel. * The photo needs to be either chosen from the gallery or can be taken by the device camera, the application will need to handle the device camera as well. * The Cropped are need to be a circle (not elliptical) with a non fixed radius. * The application needs to show on screen a circle indicating the resultant image with cropping arrows * The application needs to be able to rotate the image left and right. * you will need to supply the graphics for the cropping arrows, please don't use the ones in the example. The arrows should be more buttonised and have a flat border. The iOS application needs to be compatible with 7.1 upwards, the Android application needs to be compatible with 4.2 upwards. Both Applications need to be written wholly using using C#, Xamarin, monotouch and monodroid, with little to no external references. If you don't have any experience in Xamarin for both iOS and Android please don't quote this project. I will need the applications to be complete and tested within 7 days.
