Hello I find for a Android developer to develop a android services application that can run in background (still when the app is closed). The app must have two features: 1. check each x minutes current geopositions , if current geoposition is very close of any address saved in a local DB , then the app must show a notifications(like whatsapp messages when is come). 2. The app must be able to detect current SSID of the wifi network where is connected, if the SSID is any of the SSID saved in a Local DB then the app must show a notifications (like whatsapp message). I prefer a Delphi coder, but if no possible I will select anothers coders. I will provide more details to the winner bidder.
