Bind OSMSharp to [login to view URL] custom control for iOS and Android

Bind OSMSharp ( [url removed, login to view] ) to [url removed, login to view] custom control, in iOS and Android.

In goal, control should provide at least these functions: show raster tile map (online and offline), show marker, show infobubble, change size (width/height) of control, continuous zoom and rotate zoom by touch and pinch.

Other functions are no need to bind, but imprement as extensible in future.

After implementation, the code should be published as open source in github.
