I need to create an app that includes a scanner QR. After performing the reading of the QR app must ask if user want to connect to the WiFi WikiMenu with this message: 'Connect to WiFi network WikiMenu?' (Yes / No) If user choose 'Yes' the app must connect the device to the network and then open an internal browser, with the address bar hidden, that displays a page whose address is contained in the QR Code The browser cache must be emptied every scan of the QR and every 10 minutes. The app must be compatible with the main operating systems: Windows, IOS, Android
