Android/iPhone/Tablet trivia app using Unreal Engine or PhoneGap

Registration information to be collected, Name, Country, Gender, Age, Email, Password... - There is around 4 categories of questions, and each category has its own targeted questions - When you win a certain score, it shows in a list of scores, classifying it by top scores and your score based on the country you signed up with. - When starting the game, the avatar will have a transparent color, crossing from level to another will fill the avatar as per the design that will be provided. - There is sound effects in some areas, that will need to integrate, like when you win, or when you get a do you know pop up, or when you lose. - The game if we took the project, may be expandable in the future.
