Android app to get text from a photo taken

Create an easy-to-use app for android phones, which
- enables user to take photo with the phone's main cam
- gets text information from the photo taken
- submits text to an existing database thru net connection along with other data (userid, timestamp, gps coordinate)
Some example photos will be uploaded soon for better understanding.
So I don't know if any of the photos are eligible to get the text (numbers) from it. There are 3 examples, each one has multiple shots.
From samples #1 the required text is something like: D 332.9 - 95 327.9
From #2: 95 328.9 - D 340.9
Form #3: 95 328.9 - D 340.9
