We need an simple app. The app consists of a dynamic picture. When the user touches the screen and goes with the finger to the upside of the screen, the motive on the picture shall be stretched. The more the picture gets stretched, different sounds and texts are shown or to hear. That?s it.
Graphics shall be created by the provider also.
We need this as an Android app first. But please also offer, if you can just program for iPhone or both platforms.
For info: There will be some erotic content (just comic-style) within the app.
