Android Video Engineer - Update

Do you have a "can-do" attitude? Can you work with minimal supervision? Do you like to tinker and leverage on the latest and greatest tools? Are you so talented that you are screaming for a challenging project that matches your talent? If any of the above resonate with you, I like to get to know you. We are a very small team of engineers working on a home appliance project and we are constantly on a look out for an awesome engineer that wants to change the status quo and build something great. The job is open ended and does not have any specific requirements in term of hours and duration. If you are the right person that we want to work with, then we can figure out the rest together. To start, you should have some the following domain expertise. So that means you have actually implement one or more of the following concept in your past projects. 1. VLC / FFMPEG / Adobe Flash application development 2. Video capture and video streaming apps 3. NAT traversal, Port Forwarding, UPnP, STUN/TURN 4. Python, Django, node.js, JavaScript 5. Google App Engine, NDB 6. Goggle GCM Here are some of the skill set that makes up our little project. While it is unlikely we will find someone that has all these attributes in one toolbox, but it is certainly nice to know that you will bring as much of the above check list when you join us. So you will know how and where to debug when the communication is not getting thru to the other end. Last, I am looking for an individual contributor and NOT a consulting firm. This is an individual that will work directly with the core team to help make design decisions and owns his own systems or subsystems.
