Hello Nathaniel here,

This app will use the camera to snap photos. Those photos then need to have a ID-tag on them to identify who sent the photo to later send information back to the user. After the user approves the picture the app will send the picture to an online database. I need to be able to send a message (from the web database) back to the user through the application. The app needs to notify them they have a message.

I need an application developed for the android phone.

I need to be able to test it with my HTC EVO.
