Android Application, A directory of places in various locations

Hi I need a mobile android application for a directory of aromatherapy establishments in the UK. I have a list of places, their location, website address and phone numbers, recommendations and prices. I would like the establishments categorized by location. Users must be able to click on the website address which will open up their internet browser Users must be able to click on the establishments phone number on the app which will give them the choice to save or call. This will need t be uploaded on to the android market where users will pay ?0.50p for the app. I have a google account. Will need instructions on how to do this an update the app with new establishments. No graphic design is required, This is a pure text based app with multiple screens. And I will send the design and detailed user layout to the successful bidder.
