We want a simple Android Application using Ionic Framework may be with Java Plugin to allow us access (Read/Write) Internal Storage (App), External Storage (ie public) & Secondary Storage (additional sdcard)

- In the UI - you just need to list the 3 different type of storage

- On selecting it should show the list of files in the view (don't worry about the graphics / interface design)

- Button to "Create Folder" in Selected Storage type, in the popup it will ask folder name & it will create the folder.
