Add review dialog for unity match 3 game (2D)

After end of level 3 than show review dialog box for request user to give star and review. - If user click "4,5 star button" then go to App page. (May be Apple Appstore/Android, Let me put this link on some variable) - If user click "1-3 star button" then open new dialog for request user to put some feedback. This message was sent after user click send button. (Let me put this email address on some variable) It's would be great if you can design graphic for this dialog box. It not I can send them to you.
