Build Android and/or Iphone App

Hi - I'm looking to build an Android application that can emulate a user performing certain actions on a web site. For example, at the press of a button, it can enter my login details (that have been stored in the app) for my mobile phone and return my balance. The web sites that I want to work with don't have API's at the moment so you will need to (probably) screen scrape the results. At this stage I am willing to pay for an Android app that can perform certain functions (that I will specify) across 5 websites. If this works well, then I would like an Iphone app and to add additional web sites to function with the app. I have included an attachment of an EXAMPLE flow. In reality it will be slightly more complicated. Each web site that the app interacts with will have it's own settings page where you can store login information. Login information needs to be stored in the application in a strong encrypted manner. Please only bid on this project if you have experience developing Android apps and have had plenty of experience with screen scraping.
