Hi mokja, This sounds like an interesting project, and I would very much like to hear more about the details. I have developed a number of apps using Bluetooth LE. You can see some examples of my work, and client reviews of my completed projects, on my Freelance profile page (under "portfolio"). Your project has similarities with my recent "iPad Mini App Providing User Interface For Remote Micro-controller Via Bluetooth", which recieves data (updated every second) from a device which monitors voltage and resistance readings from a number of electrical busbars. My "iPhone iPad simple Bluetooth 4.0 developer's version mobile app" also uses Bluetooth LE, to control the sensors in a custom "Smart Scale" device. I like your idea of breaking the work into manageable packages - I think that approach works very well with apps, and with the Freelancer project model. I develop apps for iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad running iOS 7 and above, using Xcode and Objective-C. I'd be very interested to hear more about your ideas, including the protocol you're using to send data to the central server, and more about the Bluetooth LE device itself.
