Android UI Application - Coupon Holder

This is a fairly simple Android application that is geared for the User Interface.
The User Interface will be a collection of coupons in the form of a rectangular list item with an image inside of the rectangular space.
The orientation of the list will be vertical. The size of each item (coiupon image) should be about the width of the phone but with a 16:9 ratio where it's a width to height ratio for the width and length of the panel for the list item.
About 3 coupons should be able to fit onto the screen at once.
The user will be able to move the list of coupons up and down, scrolling through them similar to many lists found on the iPhone and Android interfaces. It will have similar velocity and inertia built into the translation animation of the list. The list should also have the behavior where it gives resistance to further movement of the list when it reaches the end of it. Similar to the contact list in an iPhone....and other list behaviors on typical touch interfaces.
I will provide the images for the coupons.
This is the entire scope of the application. The main points are to create a list of coupon images and the list can be scrolled with a touch interface in a vertical direction.
