apply nandroid theme to jquery mobile app with some modification

We are looking for jquery mobile experts to apply nandroid theme on jquery application . There are some basic additional functions to be added . List of the functions are as follows : - Add a cart button - can use sticky plugin of jquery mobile on each page. - registration at the startup of the application with username , password,name , address, telephone number, postalcode, city - need to add a table in database - history of the orders so that the user is able to view the history - need to add history table in database - order articles from history to cart or order same history again . we need it asap.
