Create a Mobile Website

I will need a mobile site created. I have tried to use Duda Mobile but it does not have many options on creating a mobile site. Mobile site will need a Content management system for me to add pages easily.
We will need the following pages created:
1. Home Page with bottom navigation and back button on the top
2. Audio Page with 80+ Audio Html embed codes. Every Audio will have its on page. We will need a filing system. I have all audio Html Embed codes and will simply need to create page and drop them into each page
3. Video Page - Page with video and text - These pages will also needed filing system for example when you click video > you will get the topics of video > then you will get Video Title Buttons > then you will see video page
4. Messages Page - Just a html with text and images
5. Events Page - Will list all events happening
6. More Page - this will have Presentation Page, Scripts Page and Product Training Video Page
It is extremely important that this page have a CMS tied into it so I can edit pages and add pages every week.
