Digital Signage player and server

We're looking for an Android app player for digital signage and web server app which will act as a digital signage server app like [login to view URL] Primarily to be used in tv , with tablet pc with hdmi output directly to tv, shops... for advertising purposes. Contents can be updated from anywhere with a web [login to view URL] client or user must have their own contents on the server and they can create , delete or modify contents, based in templates menu, and be able to publish a list of completed templates and display in their own tablet pc players with scheduled menu. It will basically be a browser-based app which pulls content on a programmable scheduled interval from a web-server and must be able to also run stand-alone (cached) in case the device loses internet connection. The playback must be able to accept VIDEO: .MP4, SWF, FLV..., .PICTURES: JPG, .PNG, .GIF files as well as standard HTML (web page template with html editor , WYSIG....JCE editor..... or similar) and Java. The app will need to run in a 'KIOSK-LIKE' environment and not accept input from buttons or touch-screen (password protected) . The ability to run 'tickers' from RSS feeds is also a requirement. And the ability to set different 'zones' to the screen and schedule the content displayed in those zones. similar to [login to view URL]
