Create a antivirus / dashboard mobile app for android

I need someone to duplicate a mobile antivirus and some basic features. The app will continue to developed to add more features, but we only want some basic features installed as we are a mobile repair company introducing an app that tells them the health of their phone, battery usage, etc. On the side we want basic antivirus protection, and a small portion that caters to our retail shop (contact, warranty status etc)...
This portion is just to get the prototype running. and then once we have initial prototype, the project will be fully funded to include a lot more complicated features.
