Convert a web application into a native mobile phone application (Android)

Please take a look at [login to view URL] In this link you will be able to chose a subject for a quiz, once that subject is chosen, a set of options are given to a user and then the user can continue on with the quiz When continuing on with the quiz, a flash app comes up and has a set time and a good layout for the individual to answer the quiz (this is all in adobe flash) Once quiz is finished, a report of the answers is given with a neat graph and if need be, the user can view what they got wrong and what was correct by clicking "details" I want this to be created as a mobile application which does not use flash. The mobile application can connect to the internet, and it can actually grab data from the website above, but it should not require flash. The mobile application must work fluently, once again, design is up to yourself. I do not mind about how it is designed as long as it works and is fluent for users to use.
