Android app

Need an android app that will do the following: The app should only be a wrapper to display mobile web pages from a website. It should initially open the website with information gathered from the phone. When a user clicks on the app, it should gather the following information from the phone: GPS coordinates Phone Number of the phone Saved password (if none is save yet, then request user to enter password and save it) The app should also gather GPS coordinates every x minutes and resubmit it to another webpage (hidden page) without updating the current page that the user is on. This is the base project. One this one is completed, I will have additional work on this to expand it.
