Android Version of iOS app

I need an Android Version of this iOS app [login to view URL]
Basically the user takes a photo and sent it with coordinate and address to a web service, the photo must came from the camera, not the album.
Must send the address in the WS. Use google services to discover the address from coordinates.
Then the user can view their last requests in a map
A screen to manage account.
The user just can send a request with an account.
Please use the iOS version before accept this project, I'll not accept project that works different from the iOS version.
Any doubt let me know.
The layout is the same, I have all artwork to send.
