I'm looking for a freelance java/c# programmer to design me a simple (template style outline) for a Andriod live wallpaper. Includes, -Animated Foreground, on solid background - User touch interactive of an image, that is then animated (falls over/dies/removed from screen) eventually re spawns onto the screen. - Night/Day cycle based on the clock of the phone. I will supply images and rest of coding once simple template would be working correctly.
