Android App that can block incoming calls from custom lists

Developing is needed for an app that has already been designed. UI screenshots and Adobe Fireworks file is available with screenshot mockups. The design and mockups will be provided to bidders selected to our shortlist. It is very important for the developer to follow the graphic design provided so experience with polished apps that are compatible with multiple devices is essential. We are looking for developers who have experience of similar projects and can provide completed samples and references. Good working relationships will lead to further updates of additional functionalities as well as additional app projects. We require a developer to build an android app that can block incoming phone numbers based on 1. The user’s custom list and 2. Public lists that will be updated centrally by ourselves. Examples of already existing apps are Mr. Number ([login to view URL]) BlackList ([login to view URL]) Caller ID & Block Calls, Texts ([login to view URL]) Not all the functions from those apps are needed – Our app is redesigned to contain basic functions but the UI structure remains similar. The mock-up is written in English but the application will be translated and released in the Greek language. We will be providing the designed mock-up in English as well as the translated text that will replace the text on the Greek version. App functions: • User can activate / deactivate incoming call blocker with a main on/off switch. • User can manually select to block or unlock either a public list or a personal list. Users can also select to block unknown or restricted numbers. • The app should block the lists selected by the user. • User can add a number to the black list from recent calls, contacts or a new number. The user can also submit the number to ourselves, choosing a category (e.g. telemarketing spam) and an optional description. • The user can access the public list names and numbers and submit comments. The user can read other users’ comments. • The user can share a google play link and a description of the app to other software through the android share functionality. • The user can go to the Settings menu to switch notifications and the status bar icon on/off, delete history, provide feedback, rate the app and get information on the version. The app will be free through google play with an in-app purchasing option that will be subscription based. The app will have two “modes”, a free Basic (Lite) mode/version with some functionalities disabled and the subscription based Full mode/version. The user should be able to try the Full version for free for a time period after which it would revert to the Basic mode/version. The settings section should also (at a later stage) accommodate for a reward option (e.g. share for an extended trial). Services to be included: Application building and testing on selected users Release of beta app and testing on google play Full support until the release of the fully functional translated app plus 3 months for bug fixing and optimisations for both the free and paid version.
