Android App for Quantitative section of GRE

Faqden Labs([login to view URL]) needs an Android application to be built for GRE's quantitative section. The questions will be synced from the server. Need a simple admin page to edit/add the questions on server. I am attaching the image of the wireframe of the main screen to give you an idea. Detailed project requirements will be given in private message. The vendor needs to take care of design, development(both server side and Android). Basecamp will be used for communication. Developer will send daily updates and check-in the code in SVN. [login to view URL] will be used as code repository. color schemes need to be similar to Pulse application developed by Alphonso Labs. Payment will be done per milestone.
