Cleaning business database required

I need a database for a cleaning business configured for MS Access. It needs to aid in the effective scheduling of our cleaners so we can easily assign a cleaner to a client and see availability of the cleaner and which clients have been covered - essentially it is roster management. Currently the services are broken down into 3 categories - Cleaning (which does include ironing), Gardening and Home Assist (this is our bespoke service for the elderly that includes things such as shopping and appointment escorting etc). The staff will either be suited to cleaning, gardening or home assist. In most cases they are able to do cleaning and home assist - hope that makes sense?! Minimum time slot would be 2 hours a time for clients. They have a minimum contract of 2-hours per month but in reality most are either 2 hours a month or 2 hours a week. Just to confuse things even more slightly we do offer one-off cleans so I would need to be able to blank out my workers for some time for a one-off clean that isn't a regular, reoccurring job. What are the permutations for services supplied for Cleaning and or Gardening? Can you have a Cleaning and Gardening combination? Yes indeed. Some customers take advantage our all 3 of our services: Cleaning, gardening and Home Assist. Basically for a client signing up it would be a case of matching them to an available cleaner, using the cleaner diary and then assigning that cleaner to regularly service that client - so then it's filling out the cleaner and client diaries. Then I need to fill out the details on the client spreadsheet and finally put the details manually into the payment spreadsheet - make sense?
