Classic ASP convert form to be dropdown selection instead of rows

There is the current form that has all the logic built in - just need to change from a form to a dropdown. If selection was made in a previous week it would not be visible. Right now it is visible on the form, but you can't select it. On submission it posts the selection to the database in field Pick I would need 4 separate dropdowns, that are based on separate fields in the database table, all using same logic already in place.
