Add Invoice Form to Existing Access Database

We have a database already in production. It has a vast list of clients in it.
We simply want someone to create a "Form" where information is put into it, and then you can add items to it and print it.
To break this down :
Create a Form that pulls data from different tables, and partly populate a form.
Allow items to be added to that form and stored in a different table.
