Phase 2: Physical Design and Implementation
1. Properly refine your phase 1 according to feedback and suggestions. [You must resubmit the first draft as well as the updated document from phase I]
2. Map the EER diagram onto relational tables.
3. Implement and populate the tables in Microsoft Access.
4. Decide on the queries you want to have.
5. Write the queries in SQL and build an interface for them. [The queries should not be repetitive and should support the selected reports].
6. Normalize the tables, and discuss the possible problems of the design.
7. Develop the screens, forms, and reports.
8. Provide sample runs on the implemented functions.
9. Provide a CD containing all database files, programs, forms, ..etc. along with the above descriptions and a simple manual to run the application.

We are a software development group with strong Microsoft Access Skills and have developed Database software with Access (Versions 1 to Access 2010) either as a Front-end, Back-End or both or in combination with other tools such as SQL Server, Visual Basic and Visual FoxPro.
If selected, we shall bring our experience to bear to ensure that the project is delivered in a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of acceptance of our bid.
