Correct MT4 indicator

Found this indicator recently, but it has an error. It's a Moving average touch alert indi with push notification. I have it set to send a notification when the price touches the 200sma on the 5min, however sometimes it sends a notification and sometimes it doesn't. Also, sometimes it sends even when it hasn't touched the MA at all. The option to push notification when price is X amount of pips away doesn't seem to work correctly either. Zero (0) should be 'touch' and one (1) should be one pip and so on. Can an 'On/Off' switch be added to the chart? This is how I intend to use it, Indi setup on 5min chart. Price touches the 200ma, sends a push notification to my phone (mt4 app) and I can then sit down at the chart, switch off the indi, observe price action. When finished observing, I'II switch the indi back on and leave the screens. I have attach the indi along with it's setup instructions as I found them.
