Code an inside bar trading strategy for Metatrader (MT4)

I require a coder to code for me a variation of the basic inside bar trading strategy for use in Metatrader (MT4). The goal is to price breakouts above/below the preceding outside bar. The code must have the ability to look back to an adjustable number of prior inside bar setups to trade breakouts of any outside bar highs/lows that have not been breached. This should be a simple task for someone well versed in trading and coding for Metatrader. I will then implement the code into my existing expert advisor. I will provide all the specifics of the inside bar strategy to the winning bidder.
Edit: After an inside bar forms, the goal is to trade price breakouts above/below the preceding outside bar.
