Cancel pending order EA MT4

Hey, I need a simple EA for MT4 that cancels pending orders if a certain condition is met. Suggested inputs: Ticket number (make sure it can cancel several orders in the same pair and time frame, that´s why i think tying the EA to a specific ticket number is a good idea, however if you´ve got a better idea then am all ears, you´re the programmer and am not;) Cancellation bid or ask price The EA should cancel the ticket IF a certain price is reached before the order is filled. Example: At 1432 pm a pending buy or sell order was placed manually by me in EUR/USD at 1.39000. However i now use this EA to cancel this order if it hits 1.39100 before filling my pending order at 1.39000. What happened? At 1436, four minutes after the pending order was placed price hit 1.39100 before hitting 1.39000 = CANCEL PENDING ORDER. 20$ for this project, half upfront other half when i´ve had time to test the EA against the market.
