Design me a Product

I am looking for an Engineer with his/her team to lead a project to create a shape shifting mannequin robot that is designed to imitate shapes of different people to be used in online clothes retail and made-to-measure garment industry. The mechanics behind it are fairly simple. It simply uses actuators to expand or retract the body dimensions. These dimensions then push or pull a pad which is connected to a skin type of material. Ideally, I would be able to put into a system, the body dimensions of a person and the robot would then change to that shape. I would also have preconfigured body sizes to match clothing sizes.
