Coding needed for research project

I need coding done for a research project. The code can be completed in any of the following statistical packages (listed in order of preference): STATA, EViews, or SAS. The research project essentially involves an application of the event study methodology. However, detailed knowledge of statistics, finance, economics, and/or econometrics is not necessarily required because I will provide very detailed instructions for how to complete the project. I have also already collected all of the relevant data. I will want your assistance in executing the step-by-step instructions, and then outputting the results in Word (or RTF) format. Liberal commenting of the code so that I can clearly see how the code is matched up to my step-by-step instructions is desired. Please note that I will provide model Tables and Figures to demonstrate the form that I want the outputted results to take.
