We want to outsource our Recruitment, Training & Employee Management. We have an E-commerce based product which we want to promote among the mid segment and small segment merchants in Delhi-NCR. Its a marketing project, where Consultant has to manage the marketing agents and make them use our product. This doesn't include any selling. The project is a commission based project. marketing agent will get Rs.1000/per merchant and consultant will get 10% of what marketing agent will earn in a month.
