Advertisers needed to find clients for a maths assignment writing service!

I have a PhD in mathematics and I'm interested in starting a business which writes maths assignments for people taking classes at high school and university level. The student submits the assignment and pays via PayPal. I then spend the time doing the assignment, and I return the completed answers to the student. I plan to charge $40 per assignment initially, although longer or more difficult assignments will cost more.
I'm looking for people to advertise the service and find clients. It's entirely up to you what advertising strategy you adopt. You could for example post adverts online, arrange for posters to be put up inside universities, call/email people directly, create a facebook page, or many other things that I haven't thought of. Because the business is online, you can find the clients in any city in any country in the world, so there is a huge potential market out there.
I plan to pay you by commission initially. That is, when you refer a client to me who pays $40, I will pay you some percentage of that $40. Please indicate what percentage you believe would be fair.
There are no skill or experience requirements for this job. If you can successfully find paying clients, you're in. I can also accept more than one person, at least until I have more work than I have time to do.
