I am looking for someone to create a plastic ring with a chrome look with an LCD screen on the upside of the ring. I would like the LCD to be programmable so I can get my software developers to program the LCD to do what is required. I have pictures available and rough sketches of what I am looking for in terms of design. Wasn't sure about budget on something like this so if the budget range is a little off I trust that you guys will guide me in the right direction. Thank you and happy bidding
