Hi, It was nice to see your job post. Actually i have recently completed a project in which there was a CNC machine which was unserviceable and i have developed the control module of the machine which is a retrofit of the original. I have designed the module based on couple of arduinos with additional circuitry to control the movement of the spindle in 3 Axis alongwith speed control. This was implemented on the basis of feedback controlled mechanism. Relevant G codes were implemented in Arduino and no machine is again in use for manufacturing. I can show you the sample work if you are interested to have a look at that. Regarding your project, i am confident that i can do this task and i am interested in the project. Hello , iam using NX CAM and MasterCAM for G-Code and tool path generation , i can adopt my software post processor to generate a G-Code that is directly compatible with you CNC machine all i need a sample of g-code (.TXT file) that you machine accepts
