Discount needs to be without VAT on invoice

Hi, The discount amount after the subtotal needs to be shown without VAT (see screenshot). 25,93- should shown as 21,43- (price without 21% VAT). I cant find any option for that in magento? If you can fix this issue, please bid on this project. Kind regards, Greg
