Complete Magento store with Ebay integration

We need someone with comprehensive Magento experience to build a complete web store, including the addition of approximately 300 products from our existing Ebay store. We require integration with Ebay for inventory management/polling Ebay in realtime and customer service, therefore in-depth Magento and Ebay integration experience is absolutely essential. The successful candidate will be one who can meet and exceed our requirements and has significant experience building similar ecommerce/cms sites and who can assist to enhance the experience of both our customers and our staff.
