Hi, I am looking for a part-time graphic designer who can work with my client. New freelancers with good skills are welcome. Long term prospects. We are not looking for an expert. We are looking for a person with entry to intermediate level of expertise but with reasonable low rate. We would be asking the applicant to do few sample works (we will pay) to see whether they will suite my client's purpose. Mention "understand" in your start of bid proposal. The payments will be a fixed amount for each work, which will be agreed by both parties before starting each work. It is not that there will be work all days all time, sometimes there won't be any for a week. > Point out of the software and skills of what your are good at > Tell us why we need to consider you. Please don't bid if you are an expert expecting high pay, or if you are not serious.

understand. I am a proficient designer working my way through college. I will work quickly and accurately until everyone is happy with my work. I have used only Open Source software on all the projects I have done since I was 17. I use a Wacom tablet for any drawing that is needed. I use the GIMP for any editing (this means no AI or vector files if needed. JPEG, PNG, or other image files.) I use Linux as my OS, unless you are desperate for Windows, in which case I can... I am good at working with other peoples ideas. If you have no idea, it will be very hard for me to decide for you. I do not like indecisiveness.
